When we were growing up, my sister Susan never backed down from a fight; she may have even started a few. This coffee starts kind of bold and finishes kind of sweet, just like my sister Susan. This coffee is a combination of a Vienna roasted Sumatra and medium Ethiopian Yirgacheffe.
